Professor Hee Eun Lee is Dean and Professor of Law at Handong International Law School in South Korea. An expert in public international law, he is a frequent commentator on major legal issues from Korea and abroad, appearing regularly in news media. 

In this episode, he spoke to our North Korea advocate David Simpson, outlining the contrast and history of development between north and South Korea after partition in 1945.
